On http://www.harmonyvineyard.com/, the drop down menus aren’t displaying correctly and are essentially unusable. Using Enfold 3.0.1. All plugins are up to date. Please help!
October 8, 2014 at 8:31 am #332194Hi phausner!
The issue seems to be the following code added to your page:
<style type="text/css" id="av-browser-width-mm"> #header .three.units{width:25px;} #header .six.units{width:50px;} #header .nine.units{width:75px;} #header .twelve.units{width:100px;} </style>
It is changing the core structure of the Enfold Grid.
I would suggest removing the code to see if it resolves the issue.
Best regards,
ArvishOctober 8, 2014 at 4:52 pm #332542I’m sorry, I don’t see that code anywhere. The problem only displays on the Home page and there’s no custom code for that page. The code in the Quick CSS is below and doesn’t have the style code you suggested in it:
.header_color .phone-info { color:#f3f3f3; }
.home .title_container { display: none; }
#top .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li>a:hover { color: #fff; }
#header .avia_mega_div { top: 89%; }
.avia-menu-fx { bottom: 20px; }October 9, 2014 at 7:10 am #332980Hi!
Please toggle any settings on Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions panel. See if that will fix the dropdown menu. The theme is now using a new grid system. I think the settings is stuck.
Cheers!
IsmaelOctober 10, 2014 at 12:53 am #333536I toggled every possible setting in the Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions panel. No difference. Again, the problem is only on the Home page.
Please, please help.
October 10, 2014 at 7:36 pm #334056Please help. This is a serious issue.
October 11, 2014 at 10:10 am #334238Hey!
This is a temporary fix. Please edit avia.js, find this code on line 944:
css_block = $("<style type='text/css' id='av-browser-width-mm'></style>").appendTo('head:first');
Replace it with:
//css_block = $("<style type='text/css' id='av-browser-width-mm'></style>").appendTo('head:first');
Remove browser cache then reload the page.
Regards,
IsmaelOctober 11, 2014 at 5:11 pm #334348I’m very sorry…I have no idea what you’re talking about. Where do I find the avia.js? How do I edit it? What do you mean by temporary fix?
October 13, 2014 at 7:32 am #334673Hey!
You can find the file on the wp-content/themes/enfold/js folder. Please edit this file via FTP.

IsmaelOctober 13, 2014 at 7:50 am #334680I am having the same issue on 2 of my sites
http://espressomoon.info/site_v2/
The menus are cutting off to the right.
October 13, 2014 at 8:15 am #334690All you have to do is reset your master settings in general settings and it will fix the problem. Make sure to make a backup of your settings for easy reference.

YigitOctober 13, 2014 at 7:09 pm #335120Yigit,
I did notice the main problem with the header is when it is set to align to center. It will cut off, half of my menu on the right side. Please invesigate this.
October 15, 2014 at 12:30 pm #336074I reset the theme options to default (and added back all the customizations), cleared the browser cache multiple times but the problem still presents in Chrome. It’s okay in Firefox or IE.
October 16, 2014 at 8:45 am #336624Hi!
@phausner: Looks like it is only happening on the home page. Did you edit avia.js via FTP? The next patch should include a fix for the mega menu. For now, please edit avia.js file.Regards,
IsmaelOctober 16, 2014 at 6:37 pm #336972I’ve replaced the code as you instructed and the menu works now. (I didn’t know how to find the avia.js file before.) The columns in the mega menus are too narrow, but at least it’s working. Is there some way to get the columns to display like before the issue arose?
October 17, 2014 at 4:23 am #337122Hey!
Thank you for the update.
There are script errors coming from shortcode.css and avia.js file. Please get a fresh copy of those files from enfold zip then override it via FTP. If the mega menu issue comes back, delete the lines what we mentioned above. Kriesi informed us that he fixed this issue and should be available on the next update.
Best regards,
IsmaelDecember 5, 2014 at 7:37 pm #363782This menu issues is happening again. Please help. http://www.harmonyvineyard.com/
December 8, 2014 at 3:27 am #364400Hey!
have you got any idea why it’s happening again? Which changed did you make?
I think you might need to get another fresh copy of Enfold to override it via FTP like Ismael mentioned.Best regards,
