Hello,
I transferred my hosting last week from 123reg over to Site5. Nothing else has changed, but since I transferred, my contact form has stopped sending me messages when it is filled in.
I have spoken to Site5 and to Google apps for business, which is who my email is hosted with. I’ve been asked to copy and paste the following to get some information for them.
Thank you,
Lauren
Hello Lauren,
Thank you for your call today, it was a pleasure speaking with you. I’m sending you this message as a recap of our conversation.
I understand that you changed your website hosting recently and the Contact form on your site stopped working.
First thing that I advised you to do was to add the IP address 5.10.105.47 (which I got from a public look up of your domain) to your approved senders list as per: https://support.google.com/a/answer/2368132?hl=en
As this didn’t really help my next suggestion was to send me a message header from an email that you received when the Contact form was working. After analyzing the message header I noticed that the mail was originating from linweb.ahost.me then going through outbound-traffic.linweb.ahost.me. and then reaching our Google Servers.
My idea on what’s happening now is that the Contact form, when you were creating it, detected or somehow integrated in itself the server name of the previous hosting provider and now after the hosting switch it can’t send you the email because it’s trying to work with a server you are no longer using.
So in the end I suggested a couple of things – to speak with the support of the company that provided you with that theme and then speak with the current hosting provider. First I’d advise you to speak with the Theme people and tell them what I’ve stated in the previous paragraph (that the Contact form is using the old server)

The login details you posted are not working, please re-check.
Also, try setting up a test form with this plugin and check if it works.
Regards,
Josue -
