    Hi Guys,

    i’m with my ML Installation just 1 day before golive. Since 6 month I’m working with Enfold on this multisite installation.
    Yesterday I updated on Version 3. Since then I only made some content update until today 19.00. Pause. Now since 21.00 I could not reach the main ML and the main site.

    by the way: I don’t argue that the problem might be Enfold. I’m really quite shure that Enfold is not the problem. But please help me, that I could reach the main network dashboard and the main site…

    Where I do NEED urgent help?
    The main instance is not longer accessible, either the dashboard nor the mainsite.
    dashboard should be: http://paracelsus-spital.com/wp-admin/network/
    Mainsite should be http://paracelsus-spital.com proteced by password (pls request)
    You may also request my admin and password or the ftp account.
    Strange: all supsite under this ML are accessible, either the dashboards or the site. Example: dashboard: http://paracelsus-spital.com/sonnenberg/wp-admin/
    and the according site: http://paracelsus-spital.com/sonnenberg/

    Hey!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Sorry that you’re having this issue. I myself doesn’t have any actual experience handling a multi-site with WordPress so I’m not actually sure if I can be of any help. Anyway, I’ll ask the rest of the support team to take a look. In the meantime, is it possible for your host to restore the site prior to Enfold 3.0 update? If a restore point is possible, is it ok to deactivate cmscommander before updating to Enfold 3.0? I’ll also ask Kriesi to take a look.

    Hi Martin!

    Um der Wahrheit die Ehre z u geben habe ich leider keine Ahnung was da genau bei euch vorgefallen ist. Bin mir auch nicht sicher ob ich aus dem letzten Post ganz schlau werde: passt nun alles oder nicht?

    Konnte leider keinerlei Probleme mit WSOD auf meiner multisite installation feststellen, die einzige Möglichkeit das anzutesten wäre wohl im trial/error verfahren auf eurem server, was – so denke ich mal – nicht wirklich eine option ist.

    Das update hat nichts mit diesem Thread hier zu tun, waren hauptsächlich ein paar kleine styling bugs die uns mir version 3.0 reported wurden die behoben wurden.

    Hi!

    Hab bereits einen kurzen blick ins backend geworfen aber könnte jetzt ohne großes herumprobieren auch nicht sagen was das problem ist :/
    Hoffen wir einfach mal, dass alles weiterhin glatt läuft ;)
