Hi,
I’ve set up a team page with mailto: (Email address hidden if logged out) . On my end of things everything is working. (I use Mac and Safari/Chrome)
When some of our clients are trying to use the email, a pop up window appears from Windows Live Mail requesting that they Add Your Email Accounts. If that is done, then they receive a pop up to Configure Server Settings.
Thoughts?

That’s how mailto works on that particular user set-up, there is nothing we can do about it unfortunately.

I’m currently putting the email link attached to the letter icon, when you hover over a picture on the team page. The Pop Up is working for some and not for others. Is there any way to make it act more like a Pop Up Contact Form (?), asking the user type their email address in as opposed to having it work through their Mail Client?

Hey!
Yes, that’s possible, you can put the contact form on a separate page with nothing but the form (you can use Blank template). Then on the team page you’d make the mail icon link to that page this way:
If you have the latest version of Enfold (3.0) the page containing the form will open as a popup.
