    I am using Enfold on http://catgangs.com/ and the form I have on the home page won’t send. There’s also supposed to be an auto response sent and that’s not sending either. Could you take a look at what’s going on??

    Sorry, it looks like all of the emails and were going into the spam folder – which is a bad sign for the auto responses. Strange.

    None of our contact forms work anymore either. they all worked perfectly fine a few weeks ago

    Hi,

    I created a page with contact form 7, but it does not work, you can try it yourself:
    http://www.tcm-team.at/kontaktform-test/
    This has easy-wp-smpt installed as well.

    I also updated to 3.0 via ftp, but it still shows that the theme needs updating.

    Hi!

    You need to check the server configuration. Our contact form use the standard wp_mail function – http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_mail to send emails.

    Please would you be so kind as to explain why this all worked before all your updates and it does not work now?
    Also the layer slider – we cannot figure out why it does not take the html breaks on the homepage slider which also worked fine BEFORE all your updates.

    Also it keeps saying this:
    Ein automatisches Update konnte nicht beendet werden – Bitte starte das Update jetzt erneut.
    that the automatic update could not be finished and to begin the update new – even though we have updated via ftp

    will there be such problems each time there is an update?
    perhaps the old version was better?

    Hey!

    I don’t think this is related to the theme or its updates to be honest, try activating any other theme and test CF7 again. Another thing you could try is attempt to recover your password, check if you receive the recovery message.

    Also make sure your SMTP is correctly configured.

    I can’t even send the recovery message.
    It says, “function mail on the host could be deactivatet”

    Hi Dara!

    In that case you’d need to ask your host service provider to enable the mail PHP function.
