    I cannot completely remove the hover overlay despite testing several CSS scripts from the forum. The graphic is gone but not the “lightening” of the image. How do I get rid of this? I am not sure why you would want this strange effect in the first place.

    Hi Randall!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .image-overlay { display: none !important; }

    If that does not work, please post the link to your website
