    Is there a way to add a custom contact form?

    We used the “code block” to add a custom contact form to the theme, but when we click on “send” it doesn’t load. The only way we’ve been able to trick the form into working is by adding two separate contact forms, which defeats the purpose of the form. This is what we made it look like: http://imgur.com/trPWth6

    But the form is no longer functional. Not sure if there is a way to get this to work or not?

    Do you get something in the JavaScript console when the send button is clicked?

    Thank you for the info.

    Do you mind placing the code on pastebin.com? We would like to try it. Note that you can use third party plugins such as Contact Form 7.
