Hi I have made an awesome website with your great theme first of all I wanna say Thank you for your great theme and your great job ! :)
I have a problem I put a Youtube video on my first page and it seems to be filtered by corporate proxy of my clients.
I really would like to keep this video and find at least to show the picture if the proxy blocks the video. Like I did for Iphones or Ipads and it works.

Hi I asked to a friend who works at my client side to test if I host directly the movie on my WEB directory ( and not on Youtube) its seems it doesn’t change anything.
So The only way could be a code which make a switch on the picture like for mobile device.
Ca you help please? :)

I’m sorry but this is not a theme related issue. Have you tried minifying the youtube url? Use this http://tinyurl.com/.

It does’nt even work for me when I put it in the template.My question is what is the code to put by default a picture when the movie can not be read?
Like this site they do it : http://www.devoteam.fr ? My client which has the proxy in a big and corporate firm, does not see the movie, but at least he sees a picture of the 3 people. How can I do it?

Other information : when I try to put the movie in my own server directory like : http://www.ethicall.fr/wp-content/themes/enfold/movies/ethicAll_Happy_Consultant.mov
And I try to integrate this url into the Slider Full Screen it does’nt work even for me ! :(Please help I have an important demo to do and I have chosen your theme particularly for this movie feature. :D

Please try to convert the movie file into mp4, ogv or webm. Regarding the “proxy” issue, not sure if we can do anything about that. I’ll ask the rest of the support team.

I already have tried different format. I am just asking to help me to put a picture in addition of the movie as it is for mobile…

And you would be nice to answer my first question also how to put a picture on my profile in this forum?
For example for mobile, we have this = ” data-mobile-img” and it enables to show a picture instead of the Youtube link and I wan to do the same put some picture behind the youtube like. It should be possible.
And have done this test page http://www.ethicall.fr/testvideo/ where I put both video and a picture…
But not sure it will work.

It does work, i tested that on my tablet and a picture is shown instead of the video.

JosueHi, – I’m french too – I have the same problem, I would like to show an image when video can not be loaded for some reason, as it works for the mobile, could you please tell me how to do?
And I still don’t understand how to put a video like on this website ethicall.fr, without any reference to Youtube… Did you use Advanced Layer Slider or Full Screen Slider?
