I have a page with some animated numbers, progress bars and images(that appear when scrolling).
The problem is sometimes the last row of items on the bottom of the page never triggers the animation so the image does not appear, and numbers and progress bars stay in 0: like “000€”
This is happening with Firefox, i haven’t tested other browsers yet.
Can you help me?September 19, 2014 at 1:14 pm #321855Hey mlabayru!
Please re-update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.2 via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – http://vimeo.com/67209750
Currently there is a JS error on shortcode fileBest regards,
YigitSeptember 19, 2014 at 2:03 pm #321889I have never updated. I clean installed version 2.9.2 directly two weeks ago. I’ll check my zip to compare shortcode.js but it should be the same.
September 19, 2014 at 3:44 pm #321916Hey!
In that case can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Cheers!
YigitSeptember 19, 2014 at 6:09 pm #322033I have disabled all plugins that i can (i must have Woocommerce, Types and Layerslider active), but problem is still happening. It does not happen every time, if i refresh the page it may happen about 50% of times. Some times it’s only the last number that fails, other times there are more numbers failing, and also images and progress bars. I thinks it depends on page loading times, maybe some javascript is executing before page is fully loaded or something like that.
When it fails the javascript error in the console is always “countTo.replace is not a function” on shorcodes.js: 2525, it seems that somehow countTo variable is empty or is not a String when it tries to execute that line. I can’t understand the reason.September 19, 2014 at 6:27 pm #322047I have tried the page in Chrome and it does not seem to fail. In Firefox, though it fails about 50% of times.
September 19, 2014 at 7:05 pm #322074Sorry, I just saw the same problem on Chrome, last photo and number did not load.
September 20, 2014 at 9:40 am #322257Hey!
Have you tried installing a cache plugin like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Maybe it will remove the intermittent animated number issue.
Regards,
IsmaelSeptember 20, 2014 at 10:45 am #322291I have installed W3 Total Cache, but it has not solved the problem. WP Super Cache did not solve it, either.
September 24, 2014 at 11:59 am #324184Hey!
Please post the login details here and set it as a private reply. We would like to check it. Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins while working on the site?
Best regards,
