    Hi There,

    I’ve tried updating to the latest version of Enfold – 3 times – and have been unable to do so.

    I did set up a child theme on this site.

    Please advise what to do?

    What is preventing the update? Is it an error, do you not have FTP access or something else?

    Hey Devin

    When I went into the WP Dashboard and selected Enfold Childtheme > Update to version 2.9. Nothing happened.

    But I went back into WP Dashboard just now and took a different route: Update > Themes > ENFOLD THEME. This updated. Then I was able to go to Enfold Child theme and the update worked.

    Good to go!
