Hi,
I purchased the Enfold theme for my WordPress site in May this year and have been using it fairly successfully since. A week or so ago I wanted to update my home page. I found if I deleted just one element, say, the top slider (although the same problems was there across several elements), then most of the rest of the content from that page dropped out.
My website is at http://www.djpsych.com.au
Can you help please?
Deborah
Hey Deborah!
I tried to login to your website but credentials does not seem to work. Can you please check them once again?
I noticed that you are currently using an older version of Enfold which is not fully compatible with WordPress version you are using. Can you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.2 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi Yigit,
The problem is still there – when I delete an element like the slider on the front page, most of the rest of the content drops out.
Am I asking this question in the best place to get help? Forgive me asking, but I’ve been trying to get help for a couple of weeks now – first paid a designer who couldn’t help, then took days to get a reply to find how out to login for support and so on …
I’m not a designer, but I did manage my last WordPress theme for my business no problems for three years. This Enfold theme, which I love, has had problems with content crashing three times now over last few months.
Anyway, hoping you can help.
Thanks,
Deborah
Hello Deborah!
Problem is fixed now, it was the form you had in the middle of the page, it was required to put it in a Code Element so it doesn’t conflict with the rest of the elements.

Josue
