How do i link an icon to a specific place on a page?
I would like to make the Icons on this page
http://shutterliving.com/homepage/about/
London Paris and Edinburgh icons
link, so that when someone clicks them the page scrolls down to the relevant map.
I would also like to add a hover effect is this possible?
