    Hi this is Yiannis, and i have purchased Enfold theme one year ago.
    I build up a website and everything was great and successful!!!
    But today i tried to upload some new products and i found out that no matter what i do,
    ajax portfolio doesn’t work. Specifically i can see all the products on the portfolio grid and it opens the products window above when i click on a product, but when i try to open an other one it stops working.
    Please help, i already have a huge problem because we are in a middle of an international exhibition!!!!

    Hi!

    I have no issues opening any of the portfolio items on the link above. Even opening them all over and over again the items open correctly on my end.

    Hi Devin,
    did you try to use the previous and backwards button next to the closing button when the ajax portfolio panel is open? also when the ajax portfolio panel is open it doesn’t open (show) a new product (some times stops after the second product i click on). Other than that it looks like working perfectly. When i try to open the product page, it works fine, even when i move from one product page to the other. The problem is only when the AJAX portfolio drop panel of the product is open….

    I also tried to use the site with different ends (like my i pad) and it has the same issue!

    Hi!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you update WordPress recently? You’re using a very old version of the theme, 1.6, which is not compatible with the current version of WordPress. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Note that the update might break some of the elements on the theme. Version 1.6 of the theme is more than a year old and a lot has change since. You might need to reconfigure some options again or create them from scratch.

    thanks for the support, problem solved!!
    Even if i had to update theme from 1.6 to 2.9.2, i did’t have to reconstruct the 98% of the page function, witch is very good!!!!
