hello I posted a video link to youtube in easy slider full width but by smarthone apple appears this inscription “please set a mobile device fallback image for this video in your wordpress backend? then you can not see the video? how can I fix it?

Thank you for using the theme.
The theme disables the video on mobile device because of some incompatibility issues. You need to set a fallback image. Edit the slide then look for the Choose fallback image for mobile devices.

Ismaeltherefore it is not possible in any way to show a video with esasy slider full with mobile devices? but I do not understand why if loaded in other places of the site the video I see them even from mobile phones. :-(

Because embedding a video is very different than putting it as a background of a fullwidth element.

There are some plugins available on the wp but to be honest we haven’t tested any of them. We can’t assure you that they will work with Enfold or on mobile devices:
