Hi,
I’m having trouble changing the colour of the font on the header menu of the current page, it’s yellow and whatever option that I choose does not apply back.
Any help is really appreciated.
Thanks
August 23, 2014 at 7:14 am #308171Hi lcervigni!
Thank you for using the Enfold theme.
Please go to Enfold > Advanced Styling panel then insert the Main Menu Links element. This should change the appearance of the menu links.
Regards,
IsmaelAugust 25, 2014 at 4:19 pm #308864Thanks for your answer, Ismael.
I don’t have Advance Styling, only Styling which is not giving me the option to edit the Main Menu Link elements. Do you happen to know how to switch to advance styling?
Thanks
August 25, 2014 at 4:31 pm #308870Hey!
You are using older version of Enfold. Please update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.1 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
Advanced Styling tab should appear in Enfold theme optionsBest regards,
YigitAugust 26, 2014 at 10:10 pm #309550My bad! thanks for that.
I replaced the enfold folder with the version i’ve downloaded using the godaddy’s file manager of (which should have the same result as using the FTP) but still shows 2.6.3.
Did I miss something? Any idea if anything else needs to be changed?
Thanks
August 26, 2014 at 10:23 pm #309553Hey!
It should have worked. Please make sure to overwrite all the theme files. If you have made any changes on theme files, please use child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/
Regards,
YigitAugust 26, 2014 at 11:14 pm #309564In fact I’ve replaced the whole folder with the downloaded.
Are there any more files to overwrite besides the enfold folder located in webroot/wordpress./wp-content/themes ?Thanks
August 27, 2014 at 5:45 pm #309969Hey!
Have you downloaded freshly from ThemeForest? If not, please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads to download the latest version 2.9.2.
Cheers!
YigitAugust 27, 2014 at 6:53 pm #310005Yup, in fact the version.txt on the folder reads “2014 July 9th – Version 2.9.1”
I’ve extracted the enfold.zip, deleted the original folder in godaddy and replaced with that. Still not working…
Any troubleshooting suggestions?
Thanks

Followed the instructions on the first 30” of this video (http://vimeo.com/67209750) but i don’t have the update option on WordPress under Appearence/ Themes.
Thanks!
August 29, 2014 at 6:06 am #310790Hi!
Please check the wp-content/themes folder. What are the folder names on that directory? If you have the enfold folder, please check the version number on enfold > style.css file.
Regards,
IsmaelAugust 29, 2014 at 10:15 pm #311093Folder names under wp-content/themes:
enfold
theme 1357
twentyfourteen
twentythirteen
twentytwelve
index.phpVersion of enfold > style.css:
Version: 2.9.1This is weird, on WordPress under appearance/themes enfold shows 2.6.3.
I’m open to any suggestions at this point.
Thanks

September 1, 2014 at 2:44 pm #311838Hey!
Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately? Please note that we may need FTP access as well, so if you do not mind, please post those credentials as well

YigitSeptember 3, 2014 at 11:29 pm #313128Hey Yigit,
Is there a way to create one? I’ve been googling around and digging in the godaddy support page but couldn’t find any information on that.
I can crete the FT user if only that helps, or, maybe you can tell me what to look up for.
Thanks
September 4, 2014 at 12:34 pm #313331Hi!
Please do so and post it here privately. Please place freshly downloaded Enfold.zip folder to your server ( and tell us where ) as well so we can try updating the theme for you.
Best regards,

September 4, 2014 at 5:48 pm #313496Hi!
Seems like you are updating the theme in wrong WordPress installation. There is web2014 and WordPress. WordPress one is versiob 2.9.1 while the one in Web2014 is 2.6.3. The link you posted is web2014. Please update that one
Cheers!
YigitSeptember 5, 2014 at 4:28 pm #314102Dude, Thanks!

Thanks for the help!
