    Hello — I’m having a problem with the mobile menu not opening. The icon for it appears appropriately, but clicking on it simply doesn’t do anything. No error messages. Same behavior across all browsers and devices.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    If you copied any files to your child theme from the parent theme folder specially the header.php file, please remove it then get a new copy. Note that all header codes like the logo, menu, social icons etc. can be found on includes > helper-main-menu.php file.

    Ok… … Not sure what a version update has to do with that particular issue, but went ahead and updated (And still have the exact same issue.)

    Deadlines are becoming an issue. Can I please get some relevant feedback?

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

    Theme update should be done regularly because it will fix minor issues like this one and keep you up to date with the latest features of the theme. Anyway, I checked the website again and the mobile menu is working just fine. Please remove browser cache then reload the page a few times.

    Wasn’t related to the version. For whatever reason, the avia.js script was getting queued up twice and the responsive nav UL was getting duplicated on the page, apparently confusing the JS about what to expand.

    Hi!

    Did you add any related theme modification regarding avia.js? Maybe another wp_enqueue_scripts or something like that. Anyway, the mobile menu is working now. Glad you fixed it.
