Hi,
When I go to Appearance>Menu I see a strange page. Image kink enclosed.

Please try to reload the WordPress files then check it again. Also, try to increase the wordpress memory limit. Please refer to this link: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
