I ve got this situation. On some pages ive got portfolio sections. I ma using relevanssi plugin. Elements of this portfolios have its titles an search algorithm takes those titles as part of its index. My question is how to exclude portfolio section using its custom class name from indexing in relevanssi.

That isn’t something that we can really answer since we aren’t developers for Relevanssi. If the plugin has directions for excluding content from searches then you can follow those but otherwise asking the question on their support forums would be your best route to take.
