    Hello,

It seems that all of a sudden some of our forms are not working. They are supposed to go to a new page with a link on it, but when submitted, it just reloads the page.

This is happening to the first form on the page linked to below, but the second form is working just fine. I’ve tried to duplicate the working form to edit it and use it as the non-working form and as soon as I delete any fields, it stops working. I’ve also tried to just create a new form and that is not working either.

Everything is up to date and we are running a child theme.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Hi orourkehospitality!

Have there been any changes to the site recently? Either a new plugin, plugin update, Jetpack extensions installed or updated, server side changes or recovering from a backup/moving domains?

    Best regards,
    Devin

    Hi Devin,

We had installed the WPML plugin and then had some issues with that, but it looks like this is happening even with all the WPML plugins deactivated. We did a full site backup to a dev site, which then got pushed live, that could have been it? I’m not sure for certain if the form was working after that or not…

    Thanks for your help!

    Hey!

Thank you for using the theme.

I’m not sure if transferring the website cause the issue but there’s a chance that it might be it. For now, please contact the Gravity Forms community or forum, maybe they can enlighten us a bit more about the problem. Just a quick note, in order to migrate the theme successfully and leave the database intact, please use this plugin: WP MigrateDB or WP MigrateDB PRO

Refer to this link for more info on how to properly migrate your enfold website from production to development vice versa:

    Cheers!
