    Sorry for opening another thread with this topic, but I can not find a solution for my problem in other posts about this problem.

    In the galleries below, you will notice that when you try to open a image lightboxes doesn’t open, the image just opens over white background in another tab of the browser apart from the web and the setup of the gallery is ok

    Hi TheToonPlanet!

    For that gallery have you set the option for them to open in a lightbox? It looks like they are set to open the image url directly.

    The first is a mansory Gallery, and image link is set to lightbox linking active, I try to deactivate and reactivate the option but the same occurs

    Hello,

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Yes, I have disabled all the plugins right now but still seems to not work :( and enabled again for checking another time but still remains the same

    Hey!

    I’ve tried getting to your admin twice in the past day but it always fails to load. Can you check the your admin is accessible from that url and there aren’t any redirects or something in place preventing it.

    Hi!

    I was able to login, the problem seems to be with your Enfold installation, i’d suggest re-installing a fresh copy via FTP.
