I have one question how i can do a fixed button on the left side on my website in 50% of hight screen a button that will pull out when you will press on it and it will show contact form.

WPML is a plugin to create multi-lingual site (ex: http://yourwebsite.com?lang=es). If you want to simply translate the theme (+ plugins), you can use this free plugin for that:
