    Hi,

    I just had my client point out that the tabs and accordion shortcodes from within the pagebuilder do not work with IE 10. I will place screenshots below so you can see for yourself.

    Hi!

    Thank you for the update.

    You’re using an old version of the theme, 2.4.1. Please download the latest version 2.9.1 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Note that updating might break some of the elements of theme so you have to configure them again or recreate them from scratch.

    why would the tabs and accordions not work though? They were working originally were they not? I don’t know that I have enough time to reconfigure a 110 page website right now. if I were assured that that would fix it I would but the fact that it was working and now it isn’t seems to say to me that it’s something else. Would you agree?

    It was a plugin – specifically WP Commerce was breaking the tabs. As soon as I turned that off they started working again. Just passing that along in case someone else has a problem with that combination.

    Hey!

    Glad you were able to find the source of it. Sounds like there was a competing script in the other plugin which isn’t that uncommon unfortunately depending on the way a plugin is set up.
