September 13, 2013 at 2:58 pm #141042September 13, 2013 at 4:45 pm #141043Hey!
I think it’s hidden because the header bar overlaps it – try to insert following code intothe quick css field
#advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {
z-index: 500;
}Best regards,
Peter
September 14, 2013 at 12:04 am #141044Hello Peter
Tried that but it made no difference. Looked in chrome, puffin, dolphin. Safari browsers on iOS no change. Why would that be issue if i have just done the i nstall out of box?
September 14, 2013 at 1:08 am #141045Hi,
Please try adding following code to Quick CSS
#advanced_menu_toggle { margin-top: 13px; }

September 16, 2013 at 9:11 pm #161908Hello
I have added both sets of code. It just does not work.I do not see why given I simply installed thebthemevwith demo content and changed a few menu times etc there is a major issue with making this theme work tesponsively.
I can’t show this to the client not working as the demo . Lease can you fix and explain why the demo install does not set it up as a responsive site.
Thanks
Thanks!

September 17, 2013 at 12:20 pm #162228Hi,
I checked your website on Firefox as well and it looks fine. Only on IE 8 your first menu item overlaps logo. You can decrease padding between menu items by adding following code to Quick CSS to solve this issue.
.main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { padding: 0 10px; }

September 17, 2013 at 11:22 pm #162570Hi,
When i inspect the elements on your website i see that logo has display: none style. Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling or to Custom.css file in Enfold > Css folder.
.logo.bg-logo { display: block!important; }
Have you tried updating the theme via FTP and deactivating all plugins and check if issue remains?Regards,
YigitSeptember 17, 2013 at 11:29 pm #162573err yes
the code for the logo was the code enfold support gave me… this is just no much good –
September 17, 2013 at 11:34 pm #162576The code you have jsut given me .logo.bg-logo { display: block!important; }
dispalys the logo.
I aksed for a way to hide it… was given this code. and now instead of fixing the lack of responsive menu you have given me the code to show the menu i want to hide
September 17, 2013 at 11:43 pm #162578Hi,
You said “there is no logo and no responsive menu”, I checked your website and I saw responsive menu on your website and i could not see your logo. So i gave you the code to display it. You can simply remove it to hide it again.
The newest version of Enfold is version 2.1. Version you use is 2.0.1. Can you once again update your theme with a fresh download from ThemeForest and update it via FTP?
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
If issue remains after updating via FTP and deacivating plugins, i will tag rest of the support teamRegards,

I have checjked and you are not correct. The theme version is already the latest. I would attach a thumbnail but this forum does not facilitate this,
There is no responsive menu on an ipad.

YigitSeptember 18, 2013 at 1:32 pm #162899as i said the theme is already the correct version and it will not show a responsove menu on the ipad.
September 18, 2013 at 5:19 pm #163045Hi,
Please once again take a look at screenshots i posted in my previous post.
First one is from your website showing that you are using version 2.0.1
Second one is from Enfold’s ThemeForest page showing notification that version 2.1 is available (which was released two weeks ago actually)You should also make sure that you deactivate all of active plugins. To do so, you should go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and deactivate them all as shown here http://i.imgur.com/9yUcjiS.jpg
Best regards,
YigitEDIT: As of now version 2.2 is available
