    Hello,
I’ve got an issue with the sidebar on my blog page: it does not use the sidebar defined in the page, but only and always displays the default “Blog sideBar”. If I select in the options “no sidebar”, I still have one displaying!
Would you know how to slove this? Thanks

    Hey Ship-ST!

Thank you for visiting the support forum.

Please check the Appearance > Widgets panel. Try to remove the widgets on the “Displayed Everywhere” widget area. Also, disable the Page Sidebar navigation on Enfold > Sidebar Layout panel.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Thanks for your help
There is already no widget in “Displayed everywhere”. I temporarily added widgets to “SideBar Blog”, because I need the website to keep displaying fine, but I would like to use my own widget area as defined in the page settings.
If I disable the sidebar for blog page in the settings, it’s not showing, even if I change the value to “Right Sidebar” in the page setting.
It’s as if the page values were not even read?

    Hi!

Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can take a look?

    Best regards,

    Hi!

    Thank you for the info.

As far as I can tell it is using the correct custom sidebar which is MainSidebar FR-fr. Please remove browser cache then reload the page a few times.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Thanks,
I tried to refresh with a clean cache, but I still have “sidebar blog” instead of “MainSidebar FR-fr” displaying. You can see the difference as “MainSidebar FR-fr” would be displaying the latest news.
I even tried from another browser and from another computer, still not working…
    Regards,
    Matthieu

    Hi Matthieu!

In Enfold theme options > Blog Layout > Blog Style, i changed the style to “Use advanced layout editor..” and added a Blog Posts element to your page and now it seems to be working fine. Please review your website

Nice, I did not think this would make a difference, since the posts were displayed properly.
You can close the topic, thanks for your kind help.
