    I would like to have a red background and white police only on the item “consultation gratuite” of the main menu of : http://remarqbl.fr, I won’t make changes for the other items.

    how could i do it ?

    You can use this on Quick CSS or custom.css:

    #menu-item-1765 span.avia-menu-text {
background: red;
padding: 5px;
color: white;
}
