    Hi!

    No, you do not need to re-purchase the theme. You can simply override old theme files with the ones you have freshly downloaded. Please try updating the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

    That’s what I have done several times now and i keep getting version 1.9.1. When I check the version text, it tells me that I have the current version. I am at a loss here

    Hi!

    Please open style.css file of the folder you have downloaded from ThemeForest and check the theme version there. It should be version 2.9.1. If not, please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the latest version then update via FTP ( please see video tutorial i posted in my previous post )

    It says this, and I watched that video, this is simple stuff but it is not showing up correctly:

    Hey!

    Try to rename the enfold theme folder to enfold_bak. Then upload the new files (version 2.9.1) into the wp-content/themes directory and make sure a new enfold folder (wp-content/themes/enfold) is created.

    Hi!

    I was able to upload the latest version of Enfold, named Enfold 2. You’d need to re-enter the theme settings (and menu/widget settings) after activation.

    I’m not sure what you are referring to, i uploaded a renamed Enfold 2.9.1 as a zip file (Themes > Add new > Upload).
