Hello.
I am hoping to get help on the following page – http://papernapkinmarketing.com/bodybuilding-camp-2 with the following questions:
1. Is there a way of making the font bigger in each of the color boxes under the headline (such as ACCOMMODATIONS)
2. I keep on adding the form at the bottom and then everytime I customize it and save it the form disappears. Help.

July 20, 2014 at 5:40 am #293514Hi!
Thank you for the update.
1.) There’s an inline styling on the links. Remove it:
<a title="THE TEAM" href="http://papernapkinmarketing.com/pages/theteam" target="_blank"><span style="color: #000000;">team</span></a>
2.) Note that css ID selector should be only for a single element. Use the columns to move the other columns to the right. For example add two 1/2 column layout then leave the first one blank. Add the content on the second one. This should render the content on the right side of the container.
3.) I’m sorry but can you please provide a screenshot of the heading or banners that you want to change?
Cheers!
IsmaelJuly 20, 2014 at 6:06 am #293522Hi Josue,
Perfect. Thank you!
3. Sure. I am having a hard time getting a screen shot. I love the text size of the headers and text below the banners on the following page – http://papernapkinmarketing.com/dental (see PRINT, THEMED VIDEOS, WEB, etc). I am hoping to have the headers and text below the banners be the same font size on this page – http://papernapkinmarketing.com/the-bodybuilding-camp (see ACCOMMODATIONS, YOGA AND MEDICATION, POST CAMP SUPPORT, etc)
July 20, 2014 at 6:22 am #293526Also, I can’t get the form at the bottom of the page to stay (see http://papernapkinmarketing.com/the-bodybuilding-camp). I’ll add it, then save, then come back and it’s gone. :-(
July 22, 2014 at 8:34 pm #294557Hi Josue,
Could I get your help with this issue. The only thing that is stopping me from launching the site for the client is this form. I add the form, customize it with (Name, Email and Phone), add a custom message after the email is sent and hit save. It’s there when I view the page but then when I go back a few minutes later the form is gone. Help, please. I have a client who is ready to loose their mind.
July 23, 2014 at 12:02 am #294642Hey!
I tried logging but this message keeps popping:
Error establishing a database connection
Do you have access to the PHP error log?
Best regards,
JosueJuly 23, 2014 at 12:05 am #294644Oh no. I am not sure. Where would I go for the PHP error log?
July 23, 2014 at 12:12 am #294653Btw, this is the error message I am getting:
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at pap1404402333609.db.4894595.hostedresource.com. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
Is this a host (GoDaddy) issue?
July 23, 2014 at 12:12 am #294654Are you able to log in here (i keep getting the database error)?
http://papernapkinmarketing.com/wp-admin/Apparently, the MySQL server is dropping constantly, ask your hosting to check this issue please.

Go to the Enfold subforum and scroll down to the bottom, you’ll see the “Create a New Topic” form.

JosueJuly 23, 2014 at 5:01 am #294764Hi Josue – I spoke with the host and the issue has been fixed. If you have a moment to look at my questions now that the site is back up that would be great. Thank you!
July 23, 2014 at 6:24 am #294783Josue. After lots of tests I think I found the issue. The forms stays when I leave it as is. The moment I remove the message field the form completely disappears. I need the form to just have the name, email and phone number and not a message. Hopefully this helps figure out what the issue is.
July 24, 2014 at 2:37 pm #295437Hi!
There shouldn’t be any reason why you can’t remove the message section. Try creating a completely new page and then re-doing the form there and saving.
The layout for that page could have gotten an error somehow which could cause the form not to properly render but in re-creating what you described above on my live dev install I’ve had no issues.
Cheers!
