Shop page content location

Is it possible to change the location of where content appears on the shop page?

For instance, if I edit the page that is designated as the Shop main page…and add some extra information such as “You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date. Each listing must be paid on a per monthly basis…” that information appears above the products and the ‘Sort by’ and ‘Display by’ buttons and the products themselves (of which there will only be a total of 3 products).

Is it possible to have the content for the page (You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date…) to appear underneath the three products?
