    Hi Kriesi-Team,

    like always, we tried to figure out by ourselves,
    but this thing stays a fundamental problem we can’t solve on our own so please help!

    The Avia Builder doesn’t load anymore in one specific page we are having in the site. This page is the actual homepage you can see under the link added. This gives us big big trouble because we can’t edit and see anything of this page! The other pages within our site work without any problem and can be edited smoothly… if you may take a look and hook us up with any kind of method that will solve the problem immediately.

    Hey MeisDesign!

    Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps.
    Also, you are currently using an older version of the theme and WordPress. Please update Enfold to the latest version 2.9 ( http://vimeo.com/67209750 ) and WordPress to 3.9.1.

    my wordpress dashboard says I use both 3.9.1 and 2.9. I updated both today and that’s when the problems started.

    What do you suggest?

    Hi!

    Please flush browser cache and check if that helps.
    But the link you posted still shows that you are using WordPress 3.8.3 and Enfold 2.7

    I 100% have the latest versions of both. Even reinstalled them now.

    The problems persist however. Plugins I only have the ones that are recommended for the theme (WooCommerce etc.)

    The header options are not working, and the flatev.com/team site is also pretty messed up (can’t center images anymore).

    what else could it be?

    Hi Kriesi Team,

    I figured out that a plugin we were running called cachify could have caused the problem, because after deactivating it the Avia Layout Builder loaded the site again. Do you think this was what the problem loading the builder could have been about?

    Please go to wp-content/plugins folder via FTP and rename it and check if that helps

    hi please i have thesame problem. I am unable to edit the homepage with avia template builder, why is this? I am able to update the other pages on this editor well but am just having this exceptional hook for the homepage. I last edited the homepage and it was about days ago then i shut down my computer. Now on my return am just noticing i cant edit home anymore

    Editor does not load home page, just get a blank screen.
    I have updated the version of wordpress to 7.1 and this can’t be related to the version of enfold. I noticed you guys have including ENDURANCE CACHING PLUGIN IN this theme and i just deactived it but no solution.
    PROBLEM STILL PERSIST..
