Hey!
Alright. Please post the website url here along with the login details. Set it as a private reply. We would like to test it. Make sure that you’re running WP 3.9.1 plus the latest version of the theme.

Ismael
Hi!
Do you mean that you have had the zipArchive class enabled on your server or that you think it was already enabled? Also what version of php is it that you are running?
Cheers!
Devin
Hello Devin,
using: php- version 5.5.14
The support of my provider said that with php5.5.14 zipArchive is already enabled.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Anja
Hey!
Thank you for the update.
Still not sure why it’s not working but please try to update the theme to the latest version, Enfold 2.9.1.
Regards,
Ismael
Hey!
Thank you for the update.
The ziparchive class is not enabled on your installation. If you check on the layer slider import/export panel, you’ll see the warning: http://www.purepepper.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=layerslider
It says: “Status: ZipArchive isn’t avilable”.
Regards,
Ismael
Hello Ismael,
Yes, you are right, the function zipArchive was not properly installed. although I had talked to the support of my provider.
Now, its working. thanks for your help and support and sorry to have been so difficult.
Kind regards,
Anja
