    Dear support member,

    I’m struggling with something. I’d like to make my advanced slider a fixed size, which is 1030 x 369.

    I “slider dimensions”, in “width” and “height” I inserted this values.

    My test page works. http://www.step1.com.br/teste-page-2/

    But only when it’s not responsive. If I make it responsive, then it becomes full width and stretches everything.

    What am I doing wrong, please?

    The link you provided lead us to a 404 error page. Are you referring to the advance layer slider? A screenshot of the issue will help.
