My site at dev.bigthumb.com is not allowing me to add any items to the Main Menu. I have tried disabling all plugins, tried activating the basic theme to see if it was a them issue, and neither worked. Is there some kind of limitation in wordpress? Need help!

That would probably be a server-side limitation, not theme related.
