To delete or modify this page you go to your dashboard -> pages, open´ ths page to modify or delete it.

GünterI know how to modify pages – the problem is I never created this page it is part of Woocommerce I believe… Typically on the screenshot page there is a edit button on the top… there isnt… thus meaning there is no page to edit. How do I edit this page?

That will be whatever page you have designated as the “shop” page in your WooCommerce settings. You should be able to edit it just like any other page to delete the content.
From the source, it should be the “sample page” specifically that WordPress creates when you do a fresh installation.
