    Hi there,

    I wish to get the upgraded mailform from the newest version in my old Enfold version (upgrading everything is not an option)

    Is it possible to owerwrite e.g class-form-generator.php and some ekstra to get the new form?

    Why?
    I need to redirect users to a thank-you-page, and track with AdWords.

    Hey Jonas!

    Thank you for using the theme!

    What is the current version of your theme? If it’s lower than 2.7 or 2.6 then you’ll probably have issues with it. No, unfortunately, you need to upgrade the whole theme in order to use the contact form generator properly. Anyway, you can try to copy the class-form-generator.php then test the suggested code on the other thread. Make sure that you create a backup of the current file.

    Ok, already tried to replace the .php file, withou any lock.

    Its 2.7.1 I use.

    Hey!

    There are other files involved in the contact form redirect functionality:

    /config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/contact.php
    /js/shortcodes.js

    Replacing those may cause some havoc on other elements, to be honest i think it would be best to update the whole theme.

    Well didnt work.

    Thanks for your help, Ill jump to contact form 7 and take it the old way.
