I’m certain this has to be a basic fix, but I truly cannot find the answer either through searching here or Google.

I’m a newb… so forgive me in advance.

My site http://www.gogadgetpros.com looks good on iOS but I would love to have the option to “View Full Version” as the plugin I’m using for social media sharing ‘Sharaholic’ expands past the viewable space when opened in the mobile version. There have been a few other issues with accessibility in the mobile version that simply aren’t an issue with the full version.

I need some guidance on this as this particular site is geared toward owners of mobile devices especially ones that run iOS, so it would lead to reason that it will be accessed quite frequently from those devices. I’ve viewed the site on both the Chrome & Safari apps and they both only show a mobile version.

    So my question(s) are:

Can I embed an option to view the full version of my site?

    OR

is there a sweet plugin that I can install that would help with this?

    Hi gadgetpros,

A responsive design means that the pages elements adapt to the viewport the users is using and change to accommodate that size.

What you can do however is choose to always have a fixed layout which turns off the responsive functionality completely. You can do this from the Theme Options>General Settings>Responsive Layout dropdown.

    Regards,

    Devin
