Hi, I set up both contact forms and either one of them is sending the email contact from the website. I already install the wp SMTP plugin and not working with it either. I rather fixing the problem with Gravity Forms since I use it with my campaignmonitor account for newsletter.
I already have another website with a different theme in the same server and its working fine. Please help fix it…Thanks.

If both plugins don’t work you probably need to check the server configuration. Gravity Forms and our contact form use the standard wp_mail function: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_mail to send emails and there’s nothing we can change in our code to “fix” the sending process. The only recommendation I can give you at this point is to contact the server administrator and to ask him to check the server configuration and to compare the configuration of your two websites.

PeterThere is nothing wrong with the server or the other website. As I mention before the other website is working fine with gravity forms and the other website where I am using enfold theme is not working with either form. I deactivate the wp SMTP plugin and still non of the forms are sending emails. I test different email accounts and nothing. What else could be causing the problem?
