Hi, recently purchased Enfold and have installed the theme and dummy content.

Although the home page works, I cannot access any or the pages from the main menu?

The pages cannot be accessed in the dashboard either?

    Hi CoolPenguinSays!

Do you get any error while importing dummy content? If not, please try re-importing the dummy content.

    Cheers!

Hi, no errors, I clicked import again and got the alright Sparky message. It did something as of course I lost our logo.

But I still cannot access any pages.

    Hey!

Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Hi, I’m not really pleased with this solution. Firstly I do not know where to do this, even from the codex, and I have not encountered this error with other templates such as Karma (in use here – http://firststepsderbyshire.co.uk/) or Trego.

I just want your product to work. I am happy to provide log in / ftp details etc to get this fixed as I have already lost a day on this.

    Hey!

Please post temporary admin login here privately so we can take a look.
You can contact your service provider and they can increase memory for you

    Cheers!

    Hi!

I have flushed permalink settings in Settings > Permalinks and it seems to be working fine now. Please review your website and confirm.

Hi, not sure what flushing was? (was it just changing the setting twice??) however I am very pleased as the site looks to be working. Thank you.
