Ok I have special header titles above content on desk top it looks fine but on mobile devices the titles shift above each other how do I make it that the titles remain above the content that I have them above. Currently I have four different special headers. website is http://www.weeklypoolservice.com

The problem is how the page is structured, it should be like this (heading + content in the same column):
