I have done search but have not found anything, if there is a solution give me the link, so I have tried everything, and it’s just not saving images… new install, deactivated all plugins, tried using chrome, firefox and safari still not working… this element is vital to what I’m trying to achieve and the theme is worthless to me if it’s not fixed.

Ok, Josue.
I understood what happened: media should have been set as original dimensions and, maybe, without link to it.
It came back to work! :)
