Hello,
I would like to know how can I manage correlated products. From what I have seen, they are shown in base of the category, how can I choose the products to show in this field (not the ones in the same category, but the ones that I decide to show for each product). I’ve tried Linked products > Up-sells but it does’t take the settings into consideration.
Thank youJune 13, 2014 at 5:59 pm #278655Hey geostru!
WooCommerce does not allow user control of those products. There isn’t anything we can do to change that unfortunately.

regardsJune 13, 2014 at 7:29 pm #278697Hello, Before using this theme, I used SmartScreen and Sommerce and related products worked perfectly. Not a problem woocommerce
FilippoJune 14, 2014 at 4:53 am #278800Hey!
Thank you for using the theme.
You should be able to select the linked products on the Up-Sells section. Edit the product then look for the Linked Products panel. Add the products that you want to show on “You may also like” section.

IsmaelJune 16, 2014 at 11:09 am #279350Hi Ismael,
As I said from the begining, I tried to use the Up-Sells section but it doesn’t work, I insert all data but it doesn’t save it. What should I do?
Thank youJune 17, 2014 at 2:04 pm #279991Hey!
Please post a link to your website (product page/shop) and create us an admin account which enables us to check the configuration. Enfold does not remove or modify the related and up-sell products and I guess another plugin/extension breaks them or the configuration is wrong.
Cheers!
PeterJune 18, 2014 at 3:21 pm #280594Hi Peter, can you please give me an email address (other than (Email address hidden if logged out) – I get delivery failure each time I try to send the email to this one)
Thank youJune 18, 2014 at 3:36 pm #280606Hey!
You do not need to email login credentials to that email address. You can post them here privately by checking “Set as private reply (Only you and moderators will see the content of this post)” above Submit button

Thank you for the access.
I created a test product then added the Post-Seismic Settlement product item as linked product (Up-Sells) and it shows on the “You might also like” section. Since you’re using WPML, it is under “Ti potrebbe interessare…” section.

You can’t manage the related products. WooCommerce selects them automatically based on the product category. This is a limitation of WooCommerce (which affects any theme which supports WooCommerce) and there’s no workaround at the moment. The only suggestion I can give you at this point is to contact the WooCommerce developer/support team and to submit a feature request: https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us – maybe they will improve the related products feature with an update.
I’ll leave this thread open for Ismael to answer your second question.
Best regards,
Peter -
