Hi,
I´d like to know, what the copyrights of the images from the dummy content are. A little more specific:
1.) May I use the images in published websites, which I build with enfold theme (e.g. on showcase websites for my clients)?
2.) And if yes, which copyright info have I to add to the particular pages, where i let the dummy images remain?

The CSS, Javascript and images fall under the ThemeForest/Envato license: http://themeforest.net/licenses/regular
I don’t know the specifics on the image usage so the best source to ask would actually be ThemeForest support in this case to be safe.
