Header menu resize

Hi all,

I have two things I need help with:

1) How do I fix the top menu so that when it resizes it disappears (and the small menu box appears) without overlapping the logo? I have screenshots to elaborate on this.

Apologies for not including the URL. It’s at the top. When you resize browser I want it the menu to disappear without overlapping the logo.
