    Hi,

    I placed the Google Analytics Tracking Code in the provided field in the Theme options, but Google says that the code isn’t installed.

    Any idea?

    Hey armindoerr!

    Please go to Appearance > Editor and open Header.php file and add your code right below <body> tag and check if it works

    thanks, but it’s still not working. “Tracking not installed” says google.

    Hey!

    Please give it up to 24 hours and check it after that. If it is still not working, please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit

    I changed the tracking code, check again if the code is installed in an hour or less.

    May I ask what you’ve done? I mean, I’d like to be able to do that myself next time. And why does the standard form not work?

    You can check the new code in the Theme Options. I changed it by one i know it works.
