1. How do I add the share this to pages that look just like the ones in your blog post sample?
2. I also would like to know how to add You Might Also Like This… to look just like the ones toward bottom of the same link provided.
I am currently using the Sharaholic plugin, but the buttons don’t match the theme.

and go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout and check social media you would like to display on your blog page under “Share links at the bottom of your blog post”
2- Your posts should have the same tags that is how theme relates the posts.
3- Unfortunately we cannot help you customizing Sharaholic buttons, it is using image http: (Email address hidden if logged out) while Enfold is using font icons.Best regards,
