LayerSlider Messing up Sidebar Display

Up until yesterday, my sidebars displayed fine throughout the site. Then all of a sudden, they are being knocked down so they display directly above the footer at the bottom of the page. I have tried to trouble shoot and I notice that if I do not include a layerslider on a page then the sidebar displays fine. However, on any page with a layerslider, the sidebar will not display right.

Can you help? Please.

Test page I created to try to troubleshooot problem (it is a copy of the homepage that does not work except that I have removed the layerslider. You will notice that the sidebar works because there is not layerslider. That is the only difference!): http://climatesmartnetwork.org/homepage-tbd/

I need to be able to use the layer slider AND sidebars. The same thing was happening throughout the whole site, anywhere there was a layerslider, the sidebar would not display correctly. Because the site is live I had to temporarily remove my sliders throughout until I resolve the issue. Again, everything was working fine until yesterday and we did not do any theme/plugin updates.
