easy slider – determine single size of images displayed?

Greetings — I’m trying to figure out a way to force the different images in my easy slider on my homepage (machelper.net) to all show up the same size, cropped or scaled or something, or at least to have the slider take up the space of the largest image in the group.

I’m trying to avoid what is happening right now — the slider is at the top of the page, and text on the entire page moves up down with each slide because the images are different sizes. Is there any easy way to fix this issue? I don’t mid if the larger images are cropped or scaled or whatever, I just don’t want the entire page to change ever 4 seconds when the slider changes the image.
