Hello,
I love your theme and have had no issues with it whatsoever until upgrading to WordPress 3.6. After that, and before seeing your post urging to hold off on upgrading to 3.6, my Fullwidth Easy Slider has stopped working.
The information is still in the editor but the titles, descriptions and additional slides will not work. Any work around you can provide until the latest Enfold update is released would be great.
Thanks for an amazing theme and even better support.

August 2, 2013 at 6:51 pm #132752Hi All,
You can downgrade your version of wordpress following the steps in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OwNR6NVhVFQ
With WordPress, it is never a good idea to upgrade WordPress unless you’ve verified all of your plugins and theme are ready for the upgrade. Even more so if the site is a live business site or sensitive to downtime.
So for now, downgrade your version of WordPress to get back normal functionality.
Regards,
Devin
August 5, 2013 at 7:09 pm #132753I downgraded my WP installation to 3.5 and the fullwidth easy slider is still not working correctly. It displays only one of the images (with all of the buttons at the bottom for the slides) and the button slides over to the second slide and quits sliding all the while nothing is actually sliding and freezes up. I tried less slides. None of the text for the slides shows up either.
I even made the jQuery mod to get the latest version of jQuery on the wordpress page (for some reason it was defaulting to an older version of jQuery)
Any advice?
August 6, 2013 at 5:50 am #132754Hi,
Please download the latest version of Enfold which is 1.9.1. It will fix the slider issues.

Ismael
August 6, 2013 at 7:03 am #132755Hi Ismael,
Have Kriesi found the problem with the easy slider (he wrote about it here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wordpress-36-update-wait-for-theme-updates/page/2)? Cause in Chrome, the Easy slider still freezes after the first switch after upgrading to 1.9.
August 6, 2013 at 7:57 am #132756Hey!
Yes, I think so. Kriesi patched the slider yesterday and released 1.9.1. You can download it from themeforest.net.
Best regards,
Peter
August 6, 2013 at 8:18 am #132757Hi!
Ok, so 1.9 got updated to 1.9.1. Exactly which files is diffrent between those two (I just see the 1.9 changelog on Themeforest)? I would like to avoid updating more than necessary (have some own codechanges here and there).
August 6, 2013 at 8:43 am #1327582013 August 6 - Version 1.9.1
please update:
- style.css - new version number
- functions.php - theme uses the wordpress 3.6 media scripts now
- css/shortcode.css - fixed a styling problem with the new video shortcode
- js/shortcode.js - fixed an easyslider problem introduced with WordPress 3.6August 6, 2013 at 8:55 am #132759That fixed it, thanks!
August 6, 2013 at 9:00 am #132760Where can I get version 1.9.1? On the themeforest page it says just 1.9?
August 6, 2013 at 9:08 am #132761Hi,
I’m new to the whole WordPress scene so I’m nervous about installing the latest version of Enfold because I don’t want to lose any of the work I’ve already done. Am I just supposed to upload the new version as I did with the version I purchased and everything will transfer over?
Thanks,
Erin
August 6, 2013 at 9:46 am #132762artistic24459: The version on themeforest is now 1.9.1, it’s just missing the changelog.
August 6, 2013 at 9:46 am #132763Ok thanks for that :-)
