Hi There,
I have recently installed your theme and when I change my permalinks to the pretty ones all of my pages apart from the homepage are throwing 404 errors.
I have disabled all of my plugins and my host has confirmed that it is not a server side issue.
What could be going wrong ?

Ok so i found this thread:

Where i downloaded the following plugin:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/rewrite-rules-inspector/
This fixed the problem, but then when I reactivated WPML they all broke again.
Any ideas ?

Add the flush_rewrite_rules( false ); on functions.php.
