    The general styling options does not work.
    I changed the color of the header in the setting, but the actual header does not change.

    Hey Dave!

    Make sure that the enfold.css and that folder are writable by your WordPress user (the user level of WordPress on your server) so that when you save the option its actually getting written to that file. Usually chmod 776 will do it.

    Also double check that you can access that file publicly/directly by its url.

    the problem is mostly cause by cache.

    Make sure that you either bypass or deactivate your web browser cache.
    Also make sure that you dont have wordpress plugins with cache functions active.

    And last but not least make sure that the hoster you#re using has no cache functions active

    As Flikk also mentioned it could be a caching issue as well if the file is getting written to but the old version is cached.
