would there be an easy was to show all subpage links in the title bar to the right of the page title? every main page we have has about 5-6 subpages. i know it will do this for the sidebar but we would like them horizontal in the title bar.

It is possible however you are going to need to hire a freelance developer on Envato Studio or Codeable for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote from WerkPress.
